shall not be liable for unforeseen damage or adverse reaction of vehicle materials to such
products, provided that the directions for use and good industry practice have been followed.
In no event shall D.W Automotive Details' total liability, whether in contract, warranty, tort
(including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific
service giving rise to the claim.
Customer expressly waives any claim in excess of such amount or seeking indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages against D.W Automotive Details.
